Terms of Service
Last updated: 6 November 2026
1. Who you are dealing with
Yogig and the Yogig Founders Club ("the service") are provided by Master Accelerator SL (CIF B22570196), Carrer Dàlia 1, 17411 Vidreres, Girona, Spain ("we", "us"). Contact: info@filippodallasta.com. By joining, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
2. The service
A membership gives you, while it is active:
- up to 25 matched venues and festivals added to your tracker each month, on the day you joined (the first batch after you save your artist profile);
- the outreach automation, which drafts pitch emails, follow-ups and check-backs in your Gmail and reads replies to suggest next steps;
- the chat inside your tracker;
- the EPK Builder.
You need a Google account with Gmail and Google Sheets. We may improve, change or replace features over time. If a change takes away a core part of what you pay for, we will tell you in advance and you can cancel.
3. What we do and don't promise
Leads come from research of public sources and are matched to the profile you give us. We work to keep them relevant and contacts accurate, but venues change staff and websites, so we cannot guarantee every contact is current or that any venue will reply or book you. Bookings depend on your music, materials, market and follow-through. The service does not touch your music or creative work.
4. Price, billing and the first month
- Your first month costs $7. After that your membership renews every month at the price shown when you joined: $29 a month for founding members (the first 100), or $49 a month after that.
- As a founding member you keep your monthly price for as long as your membership stays active. If you cancel and come back later, the price that applies on the day you return is charged.
- Payments are taken by Stripe on the same day each month. Prices are in US dollars; your bank may apply conversion fees. Taxes are added where the law requires.
- If a payment fails, Stripe retries it. If it still fails, your membership is cancelled and the features stop.
5. Cancelling
You can cancel any time from your tracker (Membership > Manage membership) or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have paid for: leads, the outreach automation, the chat and the EPK Builder stop then. Payments already made are not refunded for partly used months, except where the law requires it. Your spreadsheet and the leads in it stay in your Google Drive.
6. Right of withdrawal (EU and UK consumers)
You normally have 14 days to withdraw from a contract made online. Because the service starts immediately at your request when you join (your member code and first leads are delivered straight away), you agree that the service begins during the withdrawal period. If you withdraw within 14 days, write to us and we will refund your payment minus a proportionate amount for the service already provided.
7. Your responsibilities
- Keep your member code private. It connects your tracker to your leads.
- You decide which emails to send and you send them from your own account. You are responsible for their content and for following the email and privacy laws that apply to you, such as GDPR, the ePrivacy rules and CAN-SPAM.
- Do not use the service for spam, harassment, misleading claims or anything unlawful, and do not resell, share or scrape the service or its leads.
- Follow Google's terms for your Google account.
We may suspend or end a membership that breaks these rules.
8. Ownership
Your music, materials, tracker contents and emails are yours. The service, its software, templates, prompts and the Yogig name belong to Master Accelerator SL. While you are a member you may use the templates for your own outreach.
9. Third-party services
The service relies on Google, Stripe, Cloudflare, Anthropic, Mailchimp and Vimeo. We are not responsible for outages or changes on their side, but we will work to keep the service running.
10. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost bookings or lost income, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will email members about important changes at least 14 days before they apply. If you don't agree, you can cancel before they take effect.
12. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and can bring a claim there. Otherwise the courts of Girona, Spain, have jurisdiction. You can also use the EU's online dispute resolution platform.
