1. Who we are
Yogig and the Yogig Founders Club are run by Master Accelerator SL (CIF B22570196), Carrer Dàlia 1, 17411 Vidreres, Girona, Spain ("we", "us"). We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy, except where section 6 says otherwise. Contact: info@filippodallasta.com.
2. What Yogig does
Yogig adds matched venues and festivals to a Google Sheet tracker that you copy into your own Google account, drafts outreach emails in your own Gmail, reads replies to suggest next steps, and answers questions about your tracker in a chat. The tracker, its script and your emails live in your Google account. Our servers only hold what is listed below.
3. Data we collect and why
| Data | Why | Legal basis |
|---|---|---|
| Name, email address, member code (stored as a secure hash), membership status and plan | To create and run your membership, send your member code and service emails, and switch features on or off with your subscription | Contract |
| Payment details | Handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. We receive the customer and subscription records Stripe sends us. | Contract, legal obligation (tax records) |
| Your artist profile: artist name, genre, regions, peer artists, venue types, room size, project details | To research and match venues and festivals for you each month | Contract |
| Venues and festivals already in your tracker (name, city, website) | So we never deliver a lead you already have | Contract |
| Leads we deliver to you and batch records (dates, counts, costs) | To deliver leads, avoid duplicates and run the service | Contract, legitimate interest |
| Chat usage: a daily count of questions and their cost | To apply fair-use limits. We do not store your questions, the answers or the tracker contents. | Legitimate interest |
| Email engagement with our own emails (opens, clicks) | To improve onboarding and member emails, through Mailchimp | Legitimate interest; you can unsubscribe from non-essential emails at any time |
4. Your tracker, Gmail and Google permissions
When you connect your tracker, Google asks you to allow its script to read and edit the spreadsheet, create Gmail drafts, read the replies to your outreach and connect to our service. The script runs inside your Google account. It sends us only what section 3 lists, plus the text needed for the features below, which is processed and not stored:
- Chat: when you ask a question, a snapshot of your tracker and your question are sent to Anthropic's Claude model to write the answer. Neither is stored by us after the answer is returned.
- Reply reading: the text of a promoter's reply to your outreach is sent to Anthropic's Claude model to label it (for example interested, not now, wrong person). The label is written to your tracker; the text is not stored by us.
- Open and click tracking (optional): if you switch on tracking in the outreach settings, emails you send include a small image and links through yogiglink.com. We record the open or click event against an anonymous row ID for up to 400 days.
You can remove the script's access at any time in your Google Account under Security, Third-party apps with account access.
5. How leads are researched
Venues, festivals and booking contacts are found through web research of public sources, such as official venue and festival websites, event listings and artist tour pages, using AI models. Booking contacts are business contact details published by the venue or festival.
6. Your outreach: who is responsible
The emails you send to venues and festivals are yours. For the contact data of promoters in your tracker, you are the controller and we act as your processor where our systems handle it (for example reply labelling or open tracking). You are responsible for having a lawful basis to contact them and for following the email rules that apply to you, such as GDPR, the ePrivacy rules and CAN-SPAM. Every draft is sent only when you press send.
7. Who we share data with
- Stripe (payments and the membership portal)
- Cloudflare (hosting of yogig.ai, our service and its database)
- Anthropic (AI models for lead research, the chat and reply labelling; under its commercial terms, data sent through its API is not used to train its models)
- Mailchimp (Intuit) (member emails)
- Google (your tracker and Gmail run in your own Google account)
- Vimeo (setup and sales videos)
Some of these providers process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. We do not sell your personal data.
8. How long we keep data
- Membership, profile and lead records: while you are a member and up to 24 months after your membership ends, so a returning member keeps their history. Ask us and we delete it sooner.
- Payment and invoice records: as long as Spanish tax law requires.
- Open and click events: up to 400 days.
- Chat questions, tracker snapshots and reply text: not stored.
Your Google Sheet tracker stays in your Google Drive after you cancel. You decide what happens to it.
9. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or export your personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interest, by writing to info@filippodallasta.com. If you are unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es) or the authority where you live.
10. Cookies
yogig.ai does not set advertising or analytics cookies today. Embedded Vimeo videos may set cookies needed to play the video. If we add analytics or advertising tools, we will ask for your consent first and update this policy.
11. Changes
We will update this policy when the service changes and tell members by email about important changes.
